How long does pre-production sampling take?
Pre-production sampling (PPS) generally takes 7–12 days, depending on the complexity of your components. This includes color proofs, material selection validation, printing alignment checks, die-cut testing, and assembly verification. Advanced components such as custom dice, plastic trays, wooden tokens, or resin miniatures may require additional time due to curing, polishing, or mold testing. PPS ensures the final mass production matches your design expectations, allowing you to confirm quality, colors, and structural integrity before committing to large volumes.
