How do you ensure plastic components are defect-free?
Plastic components—such as trays, miniatures, or dice—undergo injection molding QC to check for shrinkage, warping, surface defects, and internal air bubbles. Our engineers also verify tolerance accuracy to ensure proper assembly. Any defective components are separated and replaced before packaging. This ensures international clients receive complete, uniform sets with consistent quality.
